To do this pranayama, sit in comfort. Then close the mouth and inhale through both nostrils until the air is completely expelled from the lungs. Then hold your breath for a while.
After this, slowly exit through the second nostril. You can do this yoga for one to two minutes. When pulled in and out of the air, the sound of snoring should come out of the throat. Do this pranayama 5 times in the beginning, then slowly increase it to 20 times.
