One reason for this is the lack of adequate vitamin D. People fail to get enough sunlight. More than 50% of people work in AC-controlled offices.

There we can not even know the difference between day and night. People are locked in offices from early morning until late evening. They do not enjoy sunlight, which is one of nature’s best sources of energy. First, let’s understand what causes pain and weak bones.

Apples are summer fruits. But nowadays, apples can be found all year round. Apples replenish your body with calcium and vitamin C. Both of these are needed to build collagen and stimulate the formation of new bone tissue. The interesting part of this is that apples, which are usually grown in the temperate climate of Himachal Pradesh, are now grown in fresh new places.

This summer, don’t miss out on eating juicy strawberries. They are packed with antioxidants. These destroy the effect of serious damage. It checks the decay of the bones. Besides, they give you calcium, potassium, manganese, and vitamins C and K. All of these nutrients help build new bones in the body.

Many of us do not like papaya. But papaya is more nutritious. They are rich in vitamins A and C and fiber. The enzyme papain in papaya breaks down carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. That is why it is easy on the stomach and helps in better digestion of food. Eating one piece daily will help enrich your body and bones with essential nutrients.

Tomato is not a fruit. But we should mention it here. This is because the lycopene, calcium and vitamin K in tomatoes help to strengthen and repair your bones. They also improve bone mass. One of the best things about tomatoes is that you can use them in a variety of ways- in sauces, soups, chutneys, juices, broths and salads.
