The Vivo X60 series smartphones will arrive in India in March this year. Nibun Maria, Director, Vivo India Brand Strategy, confirmed the news at a virtual press conference earlier this week while announcing the company’s Vision + initiative. Although Maria did not share the launch date, she said that the X60 series smartphones will be the first in India under this Vision + initiative. Vivo is set to launch a new smartphone under its upcoming X60 series, which will come with an RGBW camera sensor. However, this variant will be introduced in the second half of the year.

Vivo X60 series confirmed to launch in India in March
It is worth noting that Vivo has already introduced the X60 Series smartphones in China. The Vivo X60 and Vivo X60 Pro smartphones were launched in late December. The Vivo X60 Pro + was launched in January this year.
Both the smartphones come with a 6.56-inch FHD + AMOLED display with a 120 Hz screen refresh rate. They are powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1080 SoC, which comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage space. Both phones have a 32 MP selfie camera.
There is a difference in terms of camera and battery. The Vivo X60 features a 48 MP + 13MP + 13MP rear camera system. The Vivo X60 Pro, on the other hand, has a 48MP + 13MP + 13MP + 8MP sensor on the back. Similarly, the Vivo X60 has a 4,300 mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging technology. The Vivo X60 Pro has a 4,200 mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging technology.

The Vivo X60 Pro features a 6.56-inch AMOLED display with an update rate of + 120 Hz. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, which comes with 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage space. On the front of the camera, it has a 48MP + 50MP + 32MP + 8MP rear camera setup. For selfies, it has a 32MP punch-hole camera. It is backed by a 4,200mAh battery with support for 55W faster charging.
