India England: The three-match series between India and England is a new record in ODI cricket. India won the series 2-1. A total of 70 sixes have been bowled by both the team batsmen in the series.

India England create a record for hitting most sixes
The Indian team has 33 sixes and the England team has 37 sixes. This breaks the previous record of 57 sixes in the series between Sri Lanka and New Zealand. In third place is the ODI series between India and England in 2017. 56 sixes have been bowled in that series.
England won the toss and elected to bowl Accordingly, the opening batsmen of the Indian team Rohit Sharma and Dhawan started batting with action. Rohit Sharma was unbeaten on 37 and Dhawan was out for 67 in the last over. Rishabh Bandh and Hardik Pandya, who came next, played aggressively and scored fifty.
Shardul Tagore scored 30 runs with 3 sixes in the final over as the players were out at regular intervals. India was bowled out for 329 in 48 overs.
