Kollywood Musician N Ravikiran Biography: N.Ravikiran was born on February 12, 1967, in Mysore, Karnataka, India to Narasimhan, the son of Narasimhan. His father and grandfather excelled in Indian traditional music. Apart from that, his grandfather Amarar Narayana Iyengar was a renowned musician in the field of line instrumental music.

Ravi Kiran started his music career as a music singer in Coimbatore in 1972 at the age of five. Later, at the age of ten, he became involved in the art of Chithra Veena, and at the age of eleven performed his first Chithra Veena concert.
Over the next three years, he became one of the traditional Indian musicians, performing in Chennai in July 1985 with a 24-hour non-stop concert.
He has performed in a number of concerts not only in India but all over the world and soon became known as “Sangeeta Samrat” in the music world. His hard work and effort in search of music may have taken him to the pinnacle of fame. He has won awards for his musical hearts by playing wonderfully in ragas like Nattai, Kavalai, Varali, RB, Kaigavasi, Srirangam, and Narayana Kavulai.
